Mountain View, CAPosted Jul 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My loop was straightforward and didn’t have much drama.

It started with a recruiter call, moved to a hiring manager conversation, and then there was a full on-site “full loop” interview.

What surprised me was how smooth the timing felt. I waited about a week to get the offer, and there weren’t any issues or awkward delays along the way.

I’d call the overall difficulty easy relative to other processes I’d seen. The process didn’t feel like it was trying to trip me up, and I walked away feeling like everything was handled cleanly. I did get an offer, and honestly that pace made the whole experience less stressful than it could’ve been.
