San Francisco, CAPosted Apr 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a fairly intense loop that started with an HR conversation, then moved quickly into a discussion with the hiring manager.

After that, I was pulled into a full day of panel interviews at Intuit’s main office, where the format was built around multiple case studies.

The whole day felt structured around how I think through product scenarios rather than just verifying past experience. I remember it as challenging in practice—there was a lot to cover in one sitting—and the final result still ended without an offer. Even though the process itself was coherent, I left feeling like the bar was high and the day was designed to stress-test depth, not just communication.
