I started with a recruiter-style HR call, which was fairly straightforward and got me oriented to what they needed next.

After that, I was given an assignment to complete. It leaned heavily on SQL and critical thinking, and the way they framed the work made it feel more like a practical evaluation than a trivia test.

A short time later, I moved into a technical interview with one or two managers. The format felt structured: they wanted me to talk through my approach and reasoning, not just produce answers. I remember the preparation materials they shared ahead of time being especially helpful, which made the whole stage feel manageable.

Overall, the process felt average in difficulty and reasonably organized.
