InterSystems Software Engineer interview experience

The process started with three applied tests followed by four oral interviews. I had my first contact with HR around late March and then completed everything by mid-July.

After that, I kept trying to get feedback on whether I had passed or failed. I reached out multiple times by email and phone, but I never received a clear response about my performance.

In the end, I wasn’t given any resolution—just silence. The most frustrating part was how long it took and how unprofessional the lack of feedback felt, especially after I’d already finished all the interview steps.
