InterSystems Software Engineer interview experience

I received a technical evaluation test as a timed multiple-choice questionnaire with a webcam proctoring setup through a HackerRank-style environment. I then saw a second personality-style test hosted by a different platform, and a third assessment for data interpretation, reasoning, problem-solving, and reading comprehension.

In my experience, even though the topics weren’t described as role-specific, the time pressure was real. The tech evaluation was presented as fairly simple in concept but tight enough that you had to move quickly, and after completing it I didn’t hear back for a while.
