Insulet Corporation Software Engineer interview experience

The third step was an onsite technical interview involving multiple interviewers, including a final conversation with the head of software engineering.

Because the sequence was laid out in advance, it was easy to follow the flow even though the onsite involved enough different voices that it felt broad. The experience was technical in nature and not just casual conversation.

I didn’t get an offer, but I came away with a clear picture of how the company runs interviews through different levels of stakeholders.
