Insulet Corporation Software Engineer interview experience

The overall pace felt easy and low stress, and the conversations were mostly about getting a mutual read on fit.

Afterward, I got verbal confirmation pretty quickly, within about two days, and then an offer letter followed. I also remember being encouraged to ask questions—everyone on the team was open to things I wanted to clarify, not just a one-way grilling.

I ended up with an offer, and the experience stuck with me as unusually smooth compared to the typical interview grind.
