Insulet Corporation Software Engineer interview experience

It took about thirty days from the initial phone screen to reach the final round, and then another fifteen days after that before I received the decision. After the final interview, I was told the feedback was positive, so the later result surprised me.

What threw me off was the gap between “positive” and then “not selected.” I didn’t know what changed during those extra two weeks, but the end message was that I wasn’t moving forward. Even with positive comments right after the final round, the waiting period ended up being the hardest part emotionally.
