My interview process was pretty straightforward and moved quickly.

I had one interview with the hiring manager, then an Excel exercise, and then one more interview afterward. Everything happened within about a week, and the decisions came back extremely fast.

The Excel activity made the process feel a bit more grounded in day-to-day capability rather than only behavioral fit. The rest of the rounds were conversational enough, and overall it felt pleasant.

I didn’t end up getting the role, but I appreciated the speed and clarity compared to slower, more drawn-out processes. There wasn’t much time for lingering uncertainty—good or bad, I found out quickly.
