My process started with a screening, and then I went straight into four back-to-back one-on-ones in the same day.

It honestly felt like too much to compress into one sitting, even though they kept implying it was normal for tech. Everyone I spoke with was kind and easy to talk to, which helped.

After all those rounds, I didn’t get an offer. What was kind of surprising was that they still sent me a mug afterward, and I ended up using it afterward anyway.

Even with the friendly interactions, the overall pace of the day and the fact that I didn’t move forward left me feeling like the process could’ve been handled a little more thoughtfully.
