I went through multiple interview rounds that started with HR, then the hiring manager, and then a panel of cross-functional teammates I’d potentially be working with.

The scheduling was tight, with everything held to about 30 minutes at a time.

The questions weren’t overly tough, and most of what I faced was behavioral in nature. The overall pace made it feel more like quick, structured conversations than deep dives.

I didn’t end up getting an offer. What stayed with me was how little time there was to fully explore my answers, even though the questions themselves weren’t difficult.
