My process started with a standard recruiter phone screen, then moved to a phone interview with a team member.

That second conversation turned into a quick-fired, impersonal technical quiz, with questions like the difference between specific SQL joins and how to update an attribute type.

After that, I went on-site for interviews. The first interviewer set an unprofessional tone right away by stating he had a hard cutoff 30 minutes in, even though our total time was scheduled for 45. Despite that, the other conversations were courteous and more conversational, focused on experience and previous projects.

After the onsite, I was told via a somewhat offhand email that my application wouldn’t progress.
