My interview process was framed around a walk-in setting where I could get an immediate sense of the role.

First, I joined a group discussion, and after that I moved into an interview. The whole thing felt helpful because it explained what the job actually involved, and it also helped me reflect on myself as a person.

There wasn’t a sense of unnecessary complexity. While I didn’t end up receiving an offer, I left with clearer expectations about the work and about how I handled being observed and questioned in a group environment.
