My process felt inefficient.

I went through about five different stages of interviews, and it struck me as more than necessary. In at least one round, the interviewer didn’t seem to have complete details of my profile or the role I was interviewing for, which made parts of the conversation feel disconnected.

Even though the format stayed interview-like throughout, the extra steps and the mismatch in preparation created friction for me. It wasn’t just the length of the process—it was the sense that I was repeating myself without a clear thread tying everything back together.
