My process was for a power BI developer role, and it ended up feeling easy and quick.

They asked me basic questions across DAX and data modeling, plus some SQL fundamentals and an SSIS data flow scenario. Everything was pitched at an introductory level rather than something overly complex.

The flow itself didn’t drag, and once the interviews were done, I ended up getting an offer. The whole experience felt positive and manageable, and I didn’t feel like I was being tested on obscure details.
