After a recruiter call, the process moved pretty smoothly and stayed on schedule.

I was asked to pick a convenient time slot through a form, and the interview happened right when it was planned. The panel was supportive and approachable, and the conversation focused mainly on Java technical concepts and Root Cause Analysis.

Once that first discussion finished, I moved through the later stages without feeling dragged out. I had a telephonic HR screening before two technical rounds, and after clearing those I went into a managerial-style conversation. The final step was HR covering role fit and compensation, and I left those calls feeling like everything was handled
