My process felt smooth and well-established from the start.

They explained the structure ahead of time, and I needed minimal follow-ups because the process was fairly clear. I went through three rounds overall, with one of the rounds happening face-to-face, and I stayed in touch with my recruiter who was easy to reach.

Scheduling and communication were a big part of why it felt manageable. I received guidance through each stage, including submissions like a Launchpad step. At times the process felt slow—especially between early stages—where it seemed like I didn’t hear much until later rounds, so I ended up relying on checking my emails
