Informatica Software Engineer interview experience

• Pre-interview communication — I received little information, was told I’d hear back in a week, and then got no response.
• Zoom call with many engineers simultaneously — The interview happened on Zoom with several engineers at once, causing interruptions and a very disorganized flow.
• Follow-up issues — After the interview, the recruiter ghosted my emails.

Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and my takeaway was that operational chaos and lack of follow-up can erase any benefit from a successful interview.
