BengaluruPosted May 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through an exhausting, very long interview journey with many rounds and scheduling issues, ultimately ending without a stable outcome.

Multiple technical rounds (5 total) — repeated technical assessments that stretched well beyond allocated time.
Techno-managerial + senior interviews — additional rounds including one techno-managerial slot and director involvement.
HR interviews (1 total) — an HR round as part of the late stages.
Long coordination window — nothing seemed to start on time and there were last-minute timing changes.
Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the takeaway was that reliability and scheduling quality mattered as much as the interview questions for this process.
