BengaluruPosted Nov 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a fairly standard set of elimination-style stages with coding followed by technical interviews, where my prior experience prompted follow-up questions.

Coding test — a dedicated coding assessment first.
Technical interview(s) — multiple technical rounds plus discussion of my work; one interviewer followed up on Redis and RabbitMQ usage.
Hiring manager round — a managerial-style interview.
Director round (if applicable) / HR round — additional senior and HR conversations depending on progression.
Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; I felt stronger technically but realized communication and explaining experience clearly mattered a lot.
