New DelhiPosted Apr 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through an unusually long, filter-heavy process for the Software Engineer role, and it ended with a “not good technically” outcome.

Campus/on-site test stage — I started with a written test on C/Java/OS/DBMS concepts.
Technical interviews (multiple) — I had several technical rounds covering Java (often tied to my resume), data structures, puzzles, and some C++ plus limited OS/networking; one round also included puzzles.
Technical with TL — I was interviewed with a team lead (TL) after the repeated technical screens.
HR (VP-level) — I finished with an HR round.
Final decision — I was told after many rounds that my technical skills weren’t sufficient, with an offer to hire on a contract basis
