I went through an aptitude-first pipeline with results processed quickly, then a short set of interview rounds.

Aptitude test (online) — logic/quant style test; shortlist results came in about a few hours and led to interviews the next day.
HR round — HR interaction for shortlisted candidates.
Additional interview rounds (total 4) — further rounds after the aptitude filter.
Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the main takeaway was that the aptitude screen was highly consequential for moving forward.
