Informatica Software Engineer interview experience

BengaluruPosted Feb 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I faced a difficult, multi-stakeholder process that sounded designed to test stress tolerance as well as technical basics.

Multiple interviews including executive/executive-like screen — The process was described as seven interviews total including HR: three technical, two managerial, and one executive round.
Executive round (stress + IQ) — The executive component was framed as checking how much stress I could handle and assessing IQ.

Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and my takeaway was that the process was less about only technical depth and more about temperament under pressure.
