I went through a difficult, face-to-face sequence that turned into a prolonged no-decision with clear process breakdown.

On-site technical rounds (DS/Algo + LLD/HLD) — I had three face-to-face rounds covering DS/Algo, plus both low-level and high-level design topics.
HR handling + added extra round — After I cleared the initial rounds, HR added an additional round and made me wait.
Post-interview ghosting/requirement change — HR became unresponsive, kept delaying confirmation, then eventually said the requirement was not available and would update later.

Outcome: I didn’t get the job; my takeaway was that even a strong performance doesn’t help when scheduling and approvals are handled
