I faced a fairly standard six-stage software engineering screening—MCQs, coding, broader technical topics, and HR—but the experience was often frustrating due to process handling.

Computer fundamentals MCQs — I took medium-level MCQs (then partial progress into coding).
Coding round — I worked through multiple coding problems (one report indicates I attempted 2.5 of 4).
Technical interview: coding — Another coding-focused technical discussion.
Technical interview: systems — Questions on OS, DBMS, and networking.
Technical interview: mixed + project — A broader mix including project discussion.
HR interview — Final HR. Outcome: No offer; the role fit was never finalized, and the process organization was called out as weak.
