I made it far enough to feel confident technically, but the HR stage and compensation handling turned the process uncomfortable.

Intense technical interviewing — I found the interview process focused on strong coding and multiple coding rounds.
HR negotiation late in the process — In the last round, HR raised salary and started negotiating even without prior feedback.
Role level mismatch during HR — I applied expecting a senior role, but HR indicated I could be considered for a junior role based on feedback discretion. Outcome: Not selected; the takeaway is that late-stage, low-feedback salary negotiations and level reassignment can sour an otherwise solid technical process.
