I had a balanced on-site/on-meeting flow that felt fair, approachable, and focused on ways of working.

Senior developer coding — I solved coding questions with a senior developer in a non-intimidating setup (no whiteboard/timers), with room to discuss and ask questions.
Ways-of-working / resume project — I was asked about how I work and about a project from my resume.
HR/culture discussion — HR asked questions about office culture and team environment.

Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and my takeaway was that the interaction quality was high even without a final decision.
