Infor Software Engineer interview experience

They covered the role, what the day-to-day would look like, and how expectations tied into the team’s structure and roadmap. It felt informative rather than vague, like they were genuinely setting context.

After that, I had a set of interviews with the team, and the whole process came across as very structured. Even though the rounds were still interactive and evaluative, the flow stayed organized, which reduced the “what are they really looking for?” uncertainty. A recruiter also stayed responsive, and that made the process feel smoother while it was unfolding.
