My interview felt light and social compared to what I expected from the technical side.

First there was an online exam with technical questions. After that, it basically turned into a conversation phase where I talked with two senior developers and a manager, just to learn more about me.

What surprised me was how much the second part focused on getting to know my background and fit rather than continuing to grill me on specific topics. It still had a technical foundation because of the exam, but the discussion afterward made the whole experience feel more like a real dialogue than a series of hurdles.
