The first step was a quick phone screen that lasted around 30 minutes, and then I moved into a behavioral fit assessment that was online.

After that, there was an SQL and Java coding challenge. It was positioned as relatively easy—enough that I could rely on my own notes and even look things up while working through it.

The whole sequence didn’t feel overly intense, mostly because the coding part didn’t feel like it was trying to trap me. By the time I finished the SQL/Java exercise, I felt like the difficulty level was manageable and that the evaluation was more about checking practical familiarity than pushing for deep, hard problems.
