Infocepts Software Engineer interview experience

Negative

The interview process itself felt pretty smooth and even “easy” to me—I got selected and received an offer afterward.

What turned the experience sour wasn’t the technical evaluation; it was what happened after I was told I’d be joining.

After the offer, the communication and follow-through went off track, and I ended up waiting while they weren’t responding properly. Looking back, I wasted a long time trusting that they would eventually come back with the right updates and finalize things. The initial interview felt like a win, but the silence afterward made the overall experience feel poorly managed.
