I went through six interview rounds plus a test, and the sequence felt intentionally comprehensive.

I started with an HR round, then moved to the manager, followed by the MD. After that, I met with the sales head, then senior management, and finally ended with the SVP.

Even though the interviews themselves were fairly short and concise, the sheer number of rounds made the overall process feel heavy. The test was part of what stretched it out, but it was integrated as another gate before the later conversations. By the time I reached the final stage, it felt like I’d been evaluated from HR all the way through leadership, not just by one hiring team.
