My process with them felt almost refreshingly straightforward.

There were three tests: first an aptitude test covering quant, verbal, and English. The English section was tiny—only about five questions—and it was weighted with a sectional cutoff, so I remember focusing carefully there instead of treating it as trivial.

After the aptitude part, I had a technical interview where the questions were more about basics and how I applied OOP concepts than anything overly theoretical or niche. The final step was an HR round that felt routine and friendly.

Overall the selection process was easy and the people involved seemed approachable. I didn’t get an offer
