My process started with a design-to-code assignment.

I was given a PSD file and had to convert it into HTML and CSS, pulling in Bootstrap via CDN and wiring in JavaScript as needed. The first time through it felt like a “real work” task—less about recall and more about whether I could structure the page correctly from the design.

After the assignment, I had a couple technical interviews that stayed in the web development lane—things like how inline and block elements behave, and other front-end implementation details. The final step was an HR round, which was a separate, more conversational check compared to the coding-focused parts.
