IMC Software Engineer interview experience

I completed what I believed to be round two, and I waited for the next step.

What threw me off was the silence afterward. I never received an official note saying I hadn’t made it through to round three. Instead, it felt like I was left to infer what happened, with no closure. The lack of communication made the whole experience drag even though the interview portion itself didn’t feel particularly chaotic.

Ultimately I didn’t get an offer, and the biggest takeaway was less about technical difficulty and more about the uncertainty created by not being formally informed about my status.
