After I sent my resume, I got pushed into an online assessment pretty quickly—just a few days later.

It ran through Codility and was only a handful of questions, with a couple of hours allocated. The structure was pretty tight: for each question there was only one sample input/output, with no extra guidance, so I felt like I couldn’t lean on examples to confirm my approach.

That same general “straight to the point” vibe carried into the next step when I received an email and moved to a screen interview. The recruiter-style screen wasn’t drawn out or conversational beyond the basics; it mostly centered on being given a coding problem and cracking it during the interview.
