My early stage assessment was based on CAD work using Catia V5.

I was given a task to produce a 2D drawing, and then I had to translate that into a 3D parametric model using the drawing as the reference.

After completing that CAD assessment, I moved into a technical round followed by an HR round. The structure felt clear and sequential—first demonstrating hands-on ability, then discussing the technical side more directly, and finally covering HR topics.

Overall it came across as more specific and skill-based than typical generic interview formats, especially because the CAD test was the centerpiece before the conversational rounds.
