Itw Software Engineer interview experience

I completed two phone call interviews, and after my application was reviewed and approved, I was asked to answer two questions in a one-way video interview. The video step felt especially straightforward, like it was designed to confirm basic communication rather than make me wrestle with complicated scenarios.

After finishing those pieces, the sequence ended there for me—I didn’t get an offer. Even so, the process felt easy at the front end, with clear steps and a quick path through the initial screening.
