Spokane, WAPosted Jul 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a compact set of interview steps that still included a management presentation, centered on marketing capability.

Recruiter / initial phone screen — I first did a phone interview.
Follow-up in-person interview — I was asked to come in for an additional conversation.
Final presentation to management — I completed a follow-up interview that included a presentation to management on my marketing abilities. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer from this path, but the process was clear about one key differentiator: how I’d present and apply marketing knowledge.
