Detroit, MIPosted Nov 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for an Account Executive role where the early stages felt like a fit, but the process ended without closure.

Initial interview — I met with the hiring side and left believing I was a serious candidate.
Follow-up promises that slipped — I repeatedly had to contact them for updates, and the process stopped with no clear explanation.
Post-interview silence — Even after I tried reconnecting multiple times, I got ghosted. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the takeaway was that responsiveness and closing the loop mattered as much as the interview itself.
