IFS Full Stack Engineer interview experience

It moved fast—within a few days I heard from a recruiter, and they coordinated a phone screen with a couple of technical interviewers.

The phone screen itself was the main early filter, focused on core technical knowledge rather than a long conversation. I remember it feeling normal and fairly structured, and by the time it ended I felt like the process was keeping momentum.

I didn’t receive an offer after that round, but the experience still felt professional and efficient.
