I went through a hybrid interview that mixed resume discussion with a strong AI emphasis, without live coding.

Online assessment (OA) — I started with an OA step.
Round with hiring manager — I was grilled on my resume and experience, plus a brain teaser about balancing marbles.
Panel round with deeper AI focus — I joined a panel discussion where AI was a major theme; it included more resume interrogation.
No live coding — Unlike many flows, I was not asked to code live. Outcome: I did not receive an offer; the takeaway was that they evaluated fit through AI depth and structured questioning rather than hands-on coding.
