I went through a more conventional technical + behavioral interview path, but it varied by interviewer and still felt anchored around my experience.

The recruiting process started online with an assessment, then I landed in interviews that mixed resume walkthroughs with practical technical checks. In one round, it included a manager-style exchange where I answered questions about my projects and then had to handle follow-ups.

For the technical side, I saw a mix of fundamentals and light coding: there were questions around SQL and databases, plus concepts related to systems and programming like OOP. I also had moments where I was pushed to explain what I was doing while solving a problem, rather than just giving the final answer.
