Austin, TXPosted Mar 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced a short virtual interview with a heavy behavioral portion that moved quickly on scheduling but didn’t lead to an offer.

Recruiter scheduling call — a virtual meeting that ran 45 minutes total, with about 30 minutes of behavioral questions and the rest technical questions.
Follow-up / outcome — I didn’t get any offer or clear next steps after the call.
Timeline feel — I heard back about a month after my initial recruiter outreach before the interview happened.

Outcome: No offer, and the main takeaway is to expect behavioral-heavy formats when you’re first contacted.
