I went through a multi-step pipeline with assessments and multiple rounds of English/CS evaluation, ending in more coding than I expected.

Online English Assessment — an online test focused on English skills.
Online coding round — two LeetCode-style medium problems.
Offline coding assessment — a separate offline coding stage after the online round.
Written assessment (English skills) — another written test evaluating English.
Interview: CS core + logic + behavioral — a mix of CS core concepts and logic questions plus behavioral questions.

Outcome: No offer, and the takeaway is that this journey can require both strong communication and sustained coding performance across multiple stages.
