I went through a practical, resume-linked interview that quickly moved from basic resume discussion into a light algorithmic and language exercise.

Resume-based discussion + approach — we focused on my resume, how I approached different issues, and my problem-solving method.
Task-specific Python problem — I was asked basics aligned to an intensive Python task.
Coding/assessment then technicals (varied by track) — in another similar-style journey, I saw an initial coding assessment including SQL, then additional technical rounds depending on the person. Outcome: No offer; the early rounds were grounded in real work and fundamentals.
