I interviewed through a multi-stage assessment sequence including language screening and multiple coding/technical rounds that moved quickly once I passed the earlier gates.

Online screening — an online coding assessment followed by a Versant-style language assessment.
Offline coding + technical rounds — after qualifying, I was invited to offline coding rounds and then technical rounds.
HR interview — HR happened the next day, following the technical stage. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the takeaway was that once I cleared early screening, the schedule tightened and I needed to be ready immediately for the next steps.
