My IBM process started with a HackerRank assessment, and it felt like a typical “filter then evaluate” setup.

The OA included two coding questions described as easy-to-mid leetcode style, along with a couple of multiple-choice questions. When that was done, I moved into rounds where they blended coding with interview-style conversation.
