After I submitted my availability, the process moved quickly: a behavioral interview came next, and then the offer followed almost immediately.

The overall feel was pretty smooth and low-stress. I remember getting told the verbal offer a day after the behavioral conversation, and then it was formally extended the following Monday.

The timing really stood out to me—this didn’t drag out or feel uncertain. I walked away thinking the behavioral round went well, and ultimately it did translate into an offer. My only reflection was that I was still surprised by how fast everything concluded once the behavioral step was done.
