Hyland Software Engineer interview experience

I met with four people, and everything seemed straightforward. Afterward, I went through three weeks of training.

Then the unexpected part happened: I was terminated because I couldn’t pass a six-hour assessment and wasn’t given a retake. That decision came quickly after the training period.

I didn’t end up getting to a final ongoing role. My reflection was that the interview experience didn’t match the later pressure of the long assessment, and it was jarring to be cut after investing so much time.
